Find a company to supply sound equipment and a projector for presentations if not supplied by the venue.

Our sales team will contact local businesses to donate their products/services to be auctioned off in a silent auction. All proceeds will go to our organization.

We need to find volunteers for support help at the event. We will need an auctioneer along with servers and setup and cleanup help

We will create marketing flyers to send out to the public. We will also promote our event through our social media pages.
