Find a caterer and decorator to supply tables and chairs if not provided by the venue -
Find Sound Equipment/Projector
Find a company to supply sound equipment and a projector for presentations if not supplied by the venue. -
Contact Local Businesses for Auction
Our sales team will contact local businesses to donate their products/services to be auctioned off in a silent auction. All proceeds will go to our organization. -
Find Volunteers
We need to find volunteers for support help at the event. We will need an auctioneer along with servers and setup and cleanup help -
Marketing Campagin
We will create marketing flyers to send out to the public. We will also promote our event through our social media pages. -
Sell Tickets

Our volunteers will help set up for the event. We will set the tables and decorate and set up for the auction. -
