Brain Deleopement
Especially during the 4-6 months of getational age the brain develops at a rapid rate. Almost 500,000 brain cells per minute are created allowing the brain to begin regulating basc body functions. (cognitive) -
Hearing Mom's Voice
It is not proven fact but many doctors and scientist believe that a fetus can hear the mothers voice and reacts to it. Doctors have seen the fetal heart beat rise when a mother speaks as if they are responding to it and it can also explain why a mothers voice is so soothing to an infant because of an emotional attachment to the sound. Around 24 weeks is when they estimate a mothers voice can be heard clearly by the fetus so around this time for me. (psychosocial) -
Fetal Growth
During the final trimester a healthy average fetus will put on up to four and a half pounds. I was born at 6lbs 7 oz so slightly smaller but I was still growing rapidly at this point. (physical) -

Began to Crawl
I began to crawl at 7 months old. I did not like to have my knees on the ground so I used my hands and feet to bear crawl around. (Bio-Social) -

Started Ballet Lessons

The first day of school this was a big change for me because I did not attend preschool or day care before. Being away from my mom was a challenge for me. (Psychosocial) -
Started Attending 1st Grade for Math
I was very academically advanced for my age so the school would send me to 1st grade to participate in their Math lessons for the remainder of Kindergarten. (Cognitive and Psychosocial) -
New Baby Sister

Lost My First Tooth

Family Move
My family moved from Garden City to Livonia and I started attending a new school for second grade. (psychosocial) -
Started Figure Skating

Started attending Webster MCAT program
After being bullied again at my new school and with strong recommendations from my teachers my parents had me tested and enrolled in the MCAT program at webster elementary for the "gifted and talented". (Cognitive and Psychosocial) -
Eye Condition Worsened
My eye undiagnosed eye condition had gotten much worse and every specialist I saw could not give my partents nor I any answers. I started having to wear an eye patch so I could still see with my good eye. (Bio-social and psychsocial) -
Joined a Synchronized Skating Team
I decided to take my skating to a new level joining my first team. I made many new friends and learned many valuable lessons. (psychoscocial) -

First Bone Break
At a Figure Skating competition in Ohio I slipped off the end of the pin wheel and broke 3 of my fingers when I fell. (physical) -
Quit Firgue Skating to Start Playing Hockey
After a figure skating tournament where 2 out of 5 of the judges had coached the other two skaters I was skating against and I ended up coming in third even though I out performed the other two contestents I decided to quit figure skating and try hockey. (psycho social and cognitive) -
Broken Hip
I broke my hip playing hockey. I took a slap shot at practice and chipped and cracked it. I was on bed rest for a week and crutches for 6 weeks after that. (physical) -
First Boyfriend
I got my first boyfriend ever after he asked me to the homecoming dance -
Moved up to AP Math Classes
At the end of Junior year my math teacher wrote a recomendation for me to move into AP Calculus for senior year. (cognitive) -
First Job
In August of 2005 my parents allowed me to get my first job. I worked at Livonia Little Tots Day Care where I learned so much and was able to earn my own money. (cognitive and psycho social) -
Death of Best Friend
I witnessed my best friend being hit as a pedestrian by a drunk driver. To this day I still refuse to drive after drinking even if I am within the legal limit. (cognitive and psycho cocial) -
Death of Grandfather
My grandfather who I was so supposed to move in with unexpectedly passed away due to surgical complications and hospital neglignce. (psycho social) -
First Big Break Up
I broke up with my highschool boyfriend of 3 years because we were headed in different directions. (psycho social) -

Rape
The day I became a victim of rape. I blamed myself and pressed no charges. (psycho social) -
First Miscariage
I miscarried the child that was a result of rape. I was relieved that I did not have to make that decision but also felt guilty because I wished for it to happen. (psycho social and physical) -
Marriage
Today is the day I married Justin after only knowing him for a short period of time. (psycho social) -
Birth of My First Son (Noah)
I gave birth to my first beautiful baby boy at 6:11pm he weighed 7lbs 6oz and was 21 inches long. After the birth I almost died from complications and had to recieve 3 pints of blood. (psycho-social, emotional, physical) -
Cancer Discovery/Surgical Removal
While I was pregnant, cancer cells were discovered, and in September of 2008 after I had my son the doctors did surgery to remove the cancerouse cells from my body. I am thankful to have discovered it very early on. (physical and psycho social) -
Infedelity and Depression
While going through post partum depression along wtih many other medical issues at the time my husband informed me he had another child only 6 months older than our son who he had been seeing the whole time as well as the childs mother. I became serverly depressed and could no longer eat. I got down to 88lbs and being 5ft 7in I was severly ill.. (psycho social and physical) -
Second Miscariage/Doctor Discovery
I misscarried a second child on this day. I was a few days short of 12 weeks pregnant, it was devistating. The doctor I was seeing at the time said that the surgery to remove my cancer had caused damage and I more than likely would never have children again. (psycho social and physical) -
Started Playing Hockey Again
After a 3 year break I decided to start playing hockey again. It helped tremendously with my ongoing depression. (physical and psycho social) -
Third Miscariage
In March of 2011 I had my second miscariage at only 6 weeks pregnant. This one was especially hard because we had been trying to have a baby for over a year. I decided I did not want to try and have any more kids. (psycho social and physical) -
Miracle Pregnancy
Two weeks after having the thirrd miscairage and deciding to not have anymore children the doctors office told me I was pregnant again. I was terrified. (psycho social and physical) -
Preterm Labor
The miracle pregnancy was filled with many physical obsticles to over come and at 28 weeks I ended up in the hospital for a week and a half due to preterm labor. Luckily the doctors were able to stop labor and I got to go home on bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy. (psycho social and physcial) -
Birth of Second Child (Chase)
I had my second son on December 29th 2011 at 8:45pm he was 20.5 in long and weighed 8lbs. I had many of the same complications but the doctors were prepared this time. (physical, psycho social, and cognitive) -

Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis
In April of 2014 my psoriasis had gotten out of control when I went to the doctor they found the start of psoriatic arthritis in many of my joints and I started medication to treat the conditions symptoms. (physical) -
Filed For Divorce
On March 16th I filed the paperwork to start the divorce process. I gained a lot of knowlege on legal procedures as I could not afford an attorney. (cognitive) -
Return to School
After not being able to return to school for almost 10 years. My academic probation was approved and I was able to return to school. (cognitive) -
Divorce Finalization
I went to court for a final hearing over my divorce. The judge finalized the divorce that day. (psycho social) -
First Relationship After Divorce
Unexpectedly I started dating someone a lot sooner than I ever thought I would after the divorce. (psycho social) -
Marraige

Graduate from Eastern
I will graduate from Eastern with a special education degree. (cognitive and psychosocail) -
Start Teaching
I will begin my dream career as a special education teacher. (cognitive and psychosocial) -

Birth of First Grandchild

Stem Cell Knee Repair

At the age of 73 I will suffer a major heart attack in the last minute of the third period of the championship game while playing goal for my sernior womens ice hockey team. (physical)
