    In this time, 2 acts were passed in congress. One, which gave women the right to vote, also took the right away from Canadian's who were born in an enemy country to Canada. The other act, the War Measures Act, made it easier to deport Candian's from those countries. It also overall limited the freedoms of these Canadians. Continued
