In 1974, Canada creates the SRMS, also known as the Shuttle Remote Manipulator System, which resulted in the Canadarm. The Canadarm is about 15 meters long and looks like a giant robotic arm. Due to the creation, NASA awarded Canada for the construction for this amazing creation. Shortly after this great honor, Canada but another $107 towards the space shuttle program, which shortly resulted in four more Canadarms.
