    - Achievements: They created the solar calendar which led to the advance of mathematics, and along with that they also used hieroglyphics and wrote down anything in the spoken language through glyphs.

    Location: Eastern Europe
    - Achievements: Controlling land in 3 continents, having a period of time where the western and eastern parts remained connected through Christian faith, and then the creation of the Eastern Orthodox Church and Roman Catholic Church.

    Location: Northern India
    - Achievements: The creation of their strong central government, Hindu and Buddhist universities, an da system of roads that helped the growth of trade.

    Location: West Africa
    - Achievements: Ghana had a good control of the trans-Saharan trade, with the money from trade their army was strong and their empire grew, as well as their remarkable gold and salt trade.

    - Achievements: The creation and use of aristocracy and meritocracy, as well as the civil service system.

    Location: Arabia and North Africa
    - Achievements: Muslim rule being spread to most of India, and that fact that their were more than one Muslim empires.

    Location: East Asia
    - Achievements: There strong central government, the invention of kanji and kana, and the influence of Buddhism.

    Holy Roman Empire

    Location: West Europe
    - Achievements: The successful rule of charlemagne, and the feudal system being established.

    Location: West Africa
    - Achievements: At one time it was larger than Western Europe, along with it being one of the richest and most powerful states in the world, and Timbuktu being a hub of commerce.

    Aztec

    Location: Central America
    - Achievements: The creation and use of their island city Tenochtitlan, using chinampas and causeways ways an impressive way to adapt.
  • Period: 1438 to 1500

    Inca

    Location: South America
    - Achievements: They had such a large area that there empire grew in and maintaining it was one of their greatest accomplishments along with the building of their roads.
  • Period: 1460 to 1500

    Songhai

    Location: West Africa
    - Achievements: The Songhai conquering the Mali empire.
