  • My Health Decision

    The biggest health decision I have to make currently is how to stay fit. Since I am not in any sports and do not plan on joining any, I have to find a way to stay healthy for my own personal benefits.
  • My Health Decision - Impacts

    I have to think further than the present. How will I be in 50 years if I don't begin to get active. I could be overweight or have many diseases regarding my diet.
  • The People

    I have to think how will my decision affect me and the others around me. Mostly it will affect me and me only. There are so many benefits to working out like stress relief, increase of energy and sleep.
  • Short and Long Effects

    The short term effects will be more energy, getting the feeling of a good workout, and feeling better about myself. The long term effects will be a less risk of many diseases including diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers.
  • The Final Decision

    I have decided to start working like running and walking. Along side eating more vegetables and just more healthy in general. This will help me feel more confident in myself and just get some many more benefits out of it.
