I attempted to drive a manual-shifting truck out of the shop. I had never driven one. So, instead of putting the gear into reverse, I put in in Drive #2. I ended up making a big hole in the wall.

I actually drove my first truck with an Eaton-Fuller trans (manual shift) with my boss a year after I became a mechanic. It was challenging but today it is easy. I last time I'd tried it, I'd made a hole in a wall.
