Day I was born
On May 21,2000 my mom was rushing to the birthing center after 7 long hours of labor. On her way there she ran into trouble as my dad was rushing her to the hospital. He was pulled over by a cop, when he came up to car and saw what was happening he immediately just said be safe and let them go. We were on our way to cortland manor New York where I was born. Moments after we arrive i was born at 7:58 weighing 7lbs 9oz and 20" long. -
Day I got my first pet
My dad, sister and I went out to the pet store that use to be next to kmart to go buy fish for our fish tank we had had. We walked into the pet store and saw all the puppies in the back, one in particular stood out to us. She was a brown weimaraner with hazel eyes named Nala. She was the cutest puppy in the world. My dad didn't hesitate to buy her, she ended up being his best friend. Instead of buying fish we came home with Nala, it was the best decision we ever made. -
Day I got my own dog
There was a kid in school who was asking if anybody wanted a dog, his dogs had puppies and nobody was buying them anymore so he told me I didn't have to pay if I got her. I went home that day and asked my mom if I could get her, I thought to myself my parents aren't going to let me get a dog we had had two already Nala and Mitzi they were best friends. They said yes which came to a shock. I got Zoey the westies in the cvs starr parking lot. I've had her for five years and she is my best friend. -
Day my niece was born
The day Genesis Marie Gonzales was born, my sisters and I were waiting for her eagerly at home. She was born at North Central hospital in the middle of the day. She weighed 7lbs and 2oz. The day she came home it was a new beginning. I was an aunt at 10 years old and I still continue to grow with her all the time. -
Day I got my license
I went to the test site with Bob, my driving instructor from drivers ed. He picked me up from school then drove me to the test site. I arrive early so that I can get a spot in line, I did not wait long before the previous car testing turned in. I go off as he wishes me luck. I get into the car and then the instructor follows, he takes all my information down then off we go. I am nervous but I managed to focus on just driving. I only got 5 points off for failing a blinker. Bob was proud. -
Day I recieved High Honor for the first time
Third quarter of the school year 2016-2017 I received high honor roll for the first time and I was extremely proud of myself for it. Ever since tenth grade I told myself to never let my grades drop below honor roll and I did, ever since then my gpa has always been over an 87.5. I push myself to achieve the best I can possibly do no matter what. When I got this I was proud for not letting myself down and doing the best I could, my hard work paid off. -
Day of my sweet sixteen
I remember everything that night, it was a magical night. Definitely a night to remember. I recall looking into the room checking to see how many people actually showed up, I was so nervous walking in but when I did it was amazing. Seeing all my family and my friends made me feel special. Then the first dance came, I did not fall which was my accomplishment of the night, after that it was four hours of unforgettable moments. -
Day I had my first date
My first date was on June 15, 2016. The night started when he picked me up and took me to the movies at the carmel movie theater. We saw teenage mutant ninja turtles, must see movie. After seeing the movie we went get some ice cream at scoops. I got vanilla soft serve with rainbow sprinkles, he got chocolate soft serve with chocolate sprinkles. That night was a beginning to a new start. I still am dating Kevin it has been a year and a half of making amazing memories and sharing many laughs. -
Day I got into my car accident
Leaving Virginia on the last day of spring break, eager to come home after a seven hour car ride. We approach the Jersey Turnpike. Seconds later I hear a scream "We're crashing" then all I hear is a loud crunch. I look up and we're t-boned with the car in front of us. Julted by the crash leaving with just bruises but later finding out I have more serious injuries was devastating. The man who lost control fell asleep behind the wheel caused me to lose something I love most, playing field hockey. -
Day I went to junior prom
Junior prom was definitely a night to remember. I left school early that day to get ready for a big night. My sister did my hair and make up, when she finished we moved on to take prom pictures. I went with my boyfriend Kevin and created unforgettable memories with him and my best friends.
