I'm born in Vancouver at St. Paul's Hospital. Apparently, I weighed over 10 pounds and I was a pretty tall baby too!! My parents say that around 2 months after I was born, a woman on the street thought that I was 2 YEARS old!! Funny story!

5 months after I was born, my parents found work at a mine in Yukon! This was a big step because my parents had been working lower class jobs, even though they had graduated from university in Serbia.

My parents are offered a job at another mine in Yukon! Only 2 months have passed since moving to Edmonton, and we leave the day after my first birthday!

We moved to Edmonton because the mine my parents had been working at had shut all operations down. They searched for employment in Edmonton.

Again, the mine in Yukon shut down operations and, again, my parents move us to find new work. This time, we moved to Calgary.

My parents find jobs at the oil sands in Fort McMurray. Here, my father works as a mining engineer at the oil sands, and my mother works at a consulting company which works with different mines.

We move back to Edmonton, and now both of my parents have stable office jobs in the mining industry. This is our last stop before moving to Vancouver 5 years later.

After attending pre-school in Fort McMurray, I'm finally ready to join Kindergarten at a school called Brander Gardens

This was the first time that I went to Serbia after I was born. My aunt on my father's side was having a wedding. It was nice!

I move to Tempo School in grade 4.

This was the elementary school I attended after moving from Edmonton.

I joined the West Van swim club. Little did I know, this club would become a big part in my life

I went to Serbia to visit my family by myself. I spent two months over there, and I visited many surrounding countries!

I graduated from Chartwell Elementary, and I attended Collingwood School for the next 2 years.

I moved from Collingwood at the beginning of grade 10.
