My brother brought his girlfriend to Thanksgiving. She had a daughter named Kaylyn and she was a year old. It was my first time meeting the both of them, and from that day on she was my niece. She has grown into a beautiful 6 year old girl. Her birthday is July 25th.

Whitley is my second niece. She is 4 years old. I was so excited when she was born because that meant I not only got to spoil one niece, I got to spoil TWO!

After I graduated high school I thought I wanted to get away from here and go away to college. I chose Marshall University and I majored in Criminal Justice. I went here for a year then transferred.

Baby Kevin is my nephew. Semi early into my brothers wife's pregnancy, he was diagnosed with having Anencephaly. When he was born he had already passed away. This was a hard time for my family as he was born on New Year's Day. He would have been 2 years old this year.

My boyfriend and I started dating the summer before our freshman year and dated all 4 years of school. We took a two year break to work some things out. We are now back together for a year and have two cute puppies.

Sadie is my youngest niece. She just turned 1 years old. My nieces and nephew are my world and I'm glad to have each one in my life.

I would like to gain the knowledge of how to teach struggling readers how to read. I see many kids struggling with reading and would love to be the one to help them the best way that I can.
