    Britain fought France and gained control of many ports. They enlisted American citizens that were British Born to man their navy. Americans thought this was against their sovereignty. Caused a lot of tension between the two nations

    British commander Major-General Sir Isaac Brock faught at Queenston heights, unfortunately he died. However, twelve hours after the initial American attack, the Americans surrended.

    On May 25 American cannons fired at the fort's wooden building, destroying the wooden buildings. On the 27th the 5000 men overtook the fort.
