    A New Life
On July 14, 2000 my life was started. My parents said I had a big head. I was born at North Okland Medical Center in Pontiac. I also was lucky to be born one day before my grandma. At this moment I was apart of a family... the Tooley family.
  • Typical Me

    Typical Me
On this rainny day I was at a friends house to play. I was running up a bike ramp and my brother told me to be careful. But, as always, I said okay and kept doing it. Then I took one miss step and slamed my face into the the the ramp. I was bleeding with a fat lip and a gray tooth. At this point I knew that I should be more cautious and listen to people when they tell me to be careful.
  • Backyard Baseball

    Backyard Baseball
During this day some friend, my brother, and I were playing some baseball at a friends house. One of the kids stepped up to the plate. When I pitched the ball I was felling pretty good, but then I saw him hit it then the feeling changed. The ball broke a window. My brother and I ran to our house as fast as we could. My parents were home so they knew something was up. We trided to give them a diffrent story, but it just got us in more trouble. This taught me to never lie to my parents again.
  • Back To Back

    Back To Back
Having already been in the elementary school for a year made feel safe to be there. The thing that made it even a safer was being able to have the same teacher I had in kindergarten again in first grade. At that point I knew that the year was going to successful. Mrs. Zieter made feel safe and was like a 2nd mom to me.
  • Siblings

    Siblings
My sister and I have fought even scense she could talk, but this day was different. After fighing for the 14,000,000,000 time my parents had enough. They started telling us that we needed to be nice to each other and stop fighting all of the time. This defined me because I had to learn to mature and to not let every little thing bug me.
  • That Amazing Moment

    That Amazing Moment
I had been a water boy for the Lake Orion football team for a while, but this year was special. The football team had made it to the state championship at Ford Field. I was able to go on the field and into the locker room. The best thing was that we also had won. This was important to me bacause I was able to feel what it was like to be an NFL player.
  • The Crash

    The Crash
My family and I were on are way to my dads basketball game because he is a coach. We got stuck in traffic and next thing you know we got hit. My parents, after they knew we were okay, got out of the car and started to figure out what they were going to do with the person who had hit us. It turned out the guy who hit us was a foreigner. My parents were nice and let him go, but we ended up having to duck tape our taillight to are car. This showed me me to be careful on the roads.
  • Tragic

    Tragic
After a day of school I came home and my mom told me she had to tell me something, but wanted to wait for the whole family to come home. After they all arrived my mom broke the news. My Grandma Girl had died. I was shoked. I haden't really seen her a lot, but knowing the fact that she had passed away still hurt. From there on out I would only have one grandma.
  • Starting Over

    Starting Over
It was a warm day. I was just ready to play a baseball game, then my parents pulled with my sister. They came to me and showed me a picture of a boxer dog they had bought. Right when I saw the picture I remembered are boxer before that had passed away name Cassius. Seeing the picture made me excited, but I also felt like I couldn't move on. Then I thought and knew I had to.
  • The Toothpick

    The Toothpick
After having this toothpick in my foot for like two days it started to swell up and I ended up having cellulitus. I was stuck in the hospital for three days. I was feeling empty and very, very home sick. The only up side of the thing was that I got everything brought to me and that I got a lot of chocolate from my family.
  • North

    North
It was a snowy, cold day. My dad's assistant basketball coach invited him and I to Charlevoix with the basketball team. The trip was exciting because it was my first time going up north. I also got to get free food at the house. This changed the relationship between my dad and I because we got the chance to bond.
  • A Big Shot

    A Big Shot
We were at a tournament in South Carloina. We were losing to a team badly and I was getting mad and wanted to do something about it. The next time I got up to the plate it only took one swing. I hit my first, legitimate, homerun. This changed me because I learned to be determined.
  • The Big Time

    The Big Time
There was a guy, Jeff Heath, that my dad coached. He played safety and was a kicker. My dad never saw this kid making it to the NFL, but on this day Jeff got the call. He had made the Dallas Cowboys. When I heard he did I leared that if you work hard and are commited you can do anything.
  • Last One

    Last One
It was the baseball teams last tournament together. We were playing on high school fields, which we normally don't play on. We knew that if we wanted to win we had to play better than we had before. We ended up winning the tounament. The feling of winning was fantastic. It was a good way to end the season.
  • A New School

    A New School
Walking into the school was sort of overwhelming, but knowing my brother had already been there for two years made it feel more relaxing. It took me a while to get used to the routine. Knowing I was in the youngest class there made the older kids seem more intimidating. As the day ended I realized that high school can be very easy if you just be yourself.
