My Grandfather, who I consider to be my father introduced me to the movie Gettysburg. I memorized every single line throughout the movie with one month. This movie lead me to become a Civil War Buff. -
Star Wars
I was introudced to Star Wars. I can say with a smile on my face that I am a huge Star Wars nerd. -
Good Will Hunting
Movies have always been a love of mine. I thought early on in my childhood that I would become a director or actor. When I found out that that neither would never happened, I just stuck to watching them. There are many movies that have had an impact on my life, but none quite like this one. The movie is very compelling. It was wonderfully directed, acting, and written. The ending always gets me! -
9/11
My Grandfather talks about Pearl Harbor and President Kennedy being assassinated and where he was when it happened. I have September 11th to tell my children and grandchildren. I was in 8th grade Metal Shop. My teacher talked to another teacher for the entire length of the period. I remember his face and how it look like he had been hit by a Mack truck.We did not learn that day. We finally found out in Social Studies class what had happened. -
Graduation!

A new chapter
Started job at Pennridge High School as a paraprofessional. The best job I have ever had. -
First Car
I purchased my first car on this day. I went with a Pontiac Aztek. The single worst decision I have ever made. Horrible car. I have since bought a much nicer car. -
Nanny
My grandparents have had a huge impact on my life. They raised me. My grandmother lost her 4 year battle with lung cancer on this day. She never smoked a day in her life. There is not a day that goes by that I do not think about her. -
Battfield Tours
My Grandfather and I visited some southern states to view various battfields. We visited Fredericksburg Maryland, Sharpsburg (Antietam) Maryland, Chancellorsville Virginia, Spotslyvania Virginia, The wilderness campaign which is located in Virginia, and also Harpers Ferry West Virgina. -
Moving day part 2
I moved from Perkasie to Doylestown. I currently live in Doylestown. -
Weight loss
I have always struggled with my weight. I decided to do something about it in the summer of 2011. I watched what I ate and exercised frequently. Since then I have lost over 170 pounds. -
Perfection
My high scool baseball team completed a perfect 14-0 season. A great accomplishment for a coach. -
Mexico
My girlfriend and I went on vacation to Riviera Maya, Mexico. Riviera Maya ia about an hour away from Cancun. We saw the Mayan Ruins of Tulum, went snorkeling, "shopped" on the Island of Cozumel, zip-lined, and drove ATV's through a forrest. Great spot to go for your next vacation!
