I was born in Scottsdale,AZ. Vietnam was coming to an end.

Moved to California

My mom moved to California with one of my older sister's and myself, to get away from an abusive marriage, In August of 1977 Elvis Presely died of an overdose.

Oct 9, 1979

Tysha was born.

My first born niece was born.

Kindergarten

I was held back in Kindergarten due to speach problems.

Brandy was born

Brandy, my niece was born and had to stay in the hospital due to her cord being wrapped around her neck.

My grandpa passed away.

Moved from private to public school

In 1986, my mom could no longer afford private school so she sent me to public school; I thought it was the end of the world. Ronald Reagan was president and he made a Brady Bill law due to the attempt assassination.

I graduated from elementary school.

Dad comes to California

This is the first time that I've seen my dad since I was 8 years old. He olny stayed for 20 mintues and that was the last time I saw him until the day of his funeral.

High School Graduation

I almost didn't graduate high school due to all the gang violence that was occuring; my mom was afraid to allow me to go and for that I missed a lot of school. California had the Northridge Earthquake of a 6.7.

Breana Marie

My first daughter was born and I almost losted her. She was born 2 months to early. She was in the hospital for almost 3 weeks and only weighted 3lbs and 10oz. The rapper Tupac was shot on September 7th and later died September 9th.

My grandfather passed away

My grandpa passed away due to his health.

Car accident

Our car flipped over an embankment; my sister, mom, niece, nephew, daughter, and myself were in the car. My daughter died twice on the way to the hospital and was revived both times.
