Cheating Gone too Far
While my mom was 6 months pregnant with me she caught an STD. My father cheated on my mom and gave the STD. During her pregnancy check up she found out and took care of everything. -
Teen Mom
My mom became a teen mom at the age of 19 and she was married three months before i was born. Before and after my mom had me she dealt with abuse from my father. -
"Bye Daddy"
My dad had control issues, was an alcholic, and beat my mom. When my mom decided enough was enough she left. My dad was still able to see me but never made the effort. -
Half-way House isn't a Home
After my dad had left the picture, my mom and I had no place to go at the time. She had told me that we spent a month in a half way house. She still continued to go to school full time, work 3 jobs and take care of me. In a months time my mom wanted what was best for her and I so she saved up money and got an apartment for us. -
Seperation Issues
I personnaly think after my dad left the picture I had anxiety about my mom leaving me too thus causing my seperation issues. Every day at daycare I would cry after my mom and even run outside run on top of the playground and watch my mom leave. -
Crying Episodes
Along with my seperation issues came my crying and tantrum episodes. My mom gave me a lot of love and was over protective of me feeling any type of hurt. I took it as being spoiled and I admit I was spoiled but if I didn't get something I wanted I kicked, screamed, dropped my body to the floor and cried. -
Baby Sister #1
I wasn't ready to share my moms breast milk just for my sister, Sydney, but I was definitely ready to have her home and healthy. She along with my other sisters were such wonderful blessings to my childhood. -
Kindergarden Promotion
I remember this day like it was yesterday because it was a time that i learned to go to school without having a tantrum. In my daycare days i use to cry after my mom every time she left and Kindergarden I became more independent. -
Sister #2
Bailey came as another suprise to me because that meant I got another sister to play Barbie's with. She came with a lot of hair and thank goodness she was a quiet baby. I couldn't have been more blessed to have them both. -
Graduated from Barbizon Modeling and Acting School
I auditioned for Barbizon with no expectations of getting in and within no time i was learning about acting and modeling. I had so much fun doing fashion shows and meeting new people I never wanted this to end. It sparked my passion and I was determine to become a model. -
Women of The Navajo
My family was my main support system when it came to my modeling dreams. When my determination was at its peak my modeling career took off. I auditioned for Women of the Navajo and suprisingly I was one of twelves girls who got a spot in the yearly calendar. -
Anti-Bully Campaign
While growing up I had witness being the victim of bullying and later on became the bully. I wanted it to come to a stop at my school and decided I am going to be the voice for those who cant speak up for themselves. I had over 550+ students and falculty sign a petition and stay silent for a day to bring awareness to the problem. It is now a yearly celebration and there is even a club that helps students who bully, are bystaanders and victims. -
Miss Winslow Native American 2011-2012
In the year that brough me so much positivity one accomplishment I will never forget is winning my title. In the 3rd grade I auditioned for my school's title and lost. Ever since then i was terrified of audition for pageants. My senior year I went all in and dedicated my time to learning my clans, lanuage and talent. I stood there in shock as they announced my name, I did it! -
Graduation
I've done many wonderful things in my life but this by far my favorite. I had graduated with my Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts at Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas. -
God Parents
My boyfriend's sister gave us such a big and wonderful blessing to be god-parents for daughter, Annabella. We were so thrilled and awaiting the dates to make it official.
