My sister and I have always been so close. We're only 3 years apart. My sister got into a lot of trouble in school so as her punishment my dad sent her to Palestine. When she left I was depressed for 2 months. I didn't eat, I didn't go to school, and I harldy slept. My parents had to go to court because I missed a lot of school. I eventually went and it started to get better but when I got home I felt it all over again. My sister came back 2 months later.

When I was in 8th grade I was always busy on the weekends. I always went to Las Vegas or California, Utah, New Mexico, Chicago, or having a barbeque or going to the movies. I always went places but when I was in 8th grade I went to many more. I honestly felt like I already lived my life. I am so happy and grateful for my family.

I was my first day going into 8th grade. I was very nevous because I went to a new school. My first class was Literature and they had assigned seats. I had to sit next to a girl named Jissel. We talked and we hit it off instantly. She asked me if I wanted to sit with her at lunch and from that day on we became bestfriends. We still talk everyday and hang out almost 3 times a week. I am very grateful for meeting her.

My dad invited his friend's family over for a bareque and we met their family. The son of my dad's friend liked my sister. In my dad's culture they get married at a young age. My sister wasn't interested at first then she started to go out with him and finally agreeded to get engaged. I was very disappointed because I am very close to my sister but I was also happy for her.

When I turned 16 I felt like I became more mature. I am a very emotional and sensitive person and I felt like I became stronger because of everything I have been through. I am proud of how I became and I hope that become even better.
