I will create a healthy diet so I can prevent diabetes and future heart problems. I will not smoke and I will excercise to maintain a healthy weight as well as limiting the amount of processed fast food I eat. Some tips I can follow is by drinking in moderation as well as avoiding illegal substances. Also I will never drink and drive as well as getting enough sleep and keeping up good hygene. I will visit a doctor regularly to make sure I will live a long happy life. -

My 30's
I plant to continue maintaining a healthy weight by eating properly and continuous excersizing. I will keep up getting enough sleep. Some tips I can follow to be healthy in my 30's is to not smoke and always wear sunscreen and to drink alcohol in moderation. I will also try my best to reduce stress that has accumulated in my teen years. I will prevent injuries from accidents by not drinking and driving. I will also build muscle instead of letting it turn into fat -
My 40's
In my 40's I plan to regularly get an exam with my doctor so I know that I am healthy. I will also perfect healthy habits such as eating right and excersizing. I will get my blood pressure checked out as well as my chlorestorol checked. To make sure my skin is healthy I will invest some of my time to maintain healthy skin so I do not have to worry about concerous diseases. I will also watch out for digestive problems, hearing, and vision problems. -
My 50's
In my 50's I will eat healthy and I will stay physically and mentally active and keep a healthy weight. Some tips I will follow to stay healthy include not smoking, reducing my stress, and getting enough sleep. I will also see a doctor on a regular basis and I will drink alcohol only in moderation. I will also not smoke any tobacco products and I will not take any illegal substances. I will also make check up appointments for several different things that could be life threathening to me. -
My 60's
In my 60's I will learn the warning signs for various diseases and health issues as well as visiting a doctor on a regular basis. I will not smoke and I will protect my heart by knowing my blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Also I will maintain a healthy weight and excersize regularly. I will also eat healthy and tell my doctor if there is anything I notice that is wrong with my health. I will also learn how to prevent several health risk accidents.
