This timeline shall map out the goals I wish to achieve in order to graduate from high school and feel accomplished. -
Step Two - Marching Band Festival
The Coloma High School Band has been receiving the highest division rating at the Paw Paw Marching Band Festival for several years. I hope that our streak continues. I know that I will be giving 110% at our performance. The band gives up a night a week just to practice the same few songs for months, making them as flawless as possible. -
Step Three - Hope For a Job
Hopefully by this point, if I am able to apply to as many places as possible, I'll be able to finally get myself a job and start saving money for after high school. -
Step Four - End of 1st Semester
Half of the school year has been completed. Hopefully my grades will be high enough to pass all of my classes and advance to the other halves. I will need to dedicate a portion of time in order to study for all of my exams. -
Step Five - Concert Band Festival
The week of the March 10 is when the High School Band will be going to Concert Band Festival. Hopefully we'll continue to achieve the highest rating possible, for we have to several years. -
Step Six - Spring Band Concert
My final Spring Band Concert will be on May 11, 2015. As I have been at every band performance and every required band activity, I will receive my Band Blanket, something that I have been striving for since I was in fifth grade. I always try and bring my all when it comes to band, sacrificing time and resources in order to be on the top of my game for every band-related occasion that I am included in. -
18th Birthday
I've made it to my 18th Birthday, the day when I shall officially be considered an adult. -
THE GOAL - High School Graduation
THE GOAL has been achieved - I've graduated from High School! I feel very accomplished with all that I have done over the past year (Well, at least most of it). -
Hope For The Future
I'm hoping that by the time I'm out of high school I'll be able to have a fairly successful (Or soon to be successful) band that will I hope will be able to make it out into the world, to reach other people and touch their lives. I plan to move out of my parent's house and move in with a roommate and try and make it out in the world.
