With the help and oversight of my father I soldered and assembled together my first hobby electronics kit (a stopwatch).

On this day I decided that I would learn how to program with C/C++ (a programming language) and as such went to a Chapters to get a book on the topic.

I found that my true passion was for electrical engineering and not programming after going to a bookstore and picking up a book on the subject.
