    On july 15th, 1998 my mother Wanda Kuiken gave birth to me at Holy Name Hospital. I was about 6.5 lbs
  • My First Birthday

    My First Birthday
    On my first birthday I had a giant pink and white cake and I ate it with my best friend Emily and her brother Josh. My parents were very happy that day and my dad put cake on my nose and I put some on him too.

    When I was in pre-school, my mom told me that I went to school and kissed a boy on the mouth. She said that it was the funniest thing I have ever done.
  • First time to Cape Cod

    My parents have gone to Cape Cod since before I was born, but this year was the first time that they took me there. Now I go every year at the same time since 2001.
  • Kindergarten Day 1

    On this day I walked right into Saint Catherine Of Bologne school. I was different and not to many people liked me.
  • Field Trip

    In first grade my class went on a field trip to the Crayola Factory. It was a great time and I came home covered in crayon oil from making them.
  • Surgery

    On this day I got my tonsils removed. It was no ordinary surgery. I had to go into a second surgery because I kept throwing up buckets of blood. Eventually they pulled a blood clot out of my lung. The doctors said that the surgery could have killed me, I shouldn't be alive today.
  • Accident

    On this day I got in a ripstick accident. I was going about 15 mph down a road on a two wheeled skateboard, at the bottom of the hill I hit a pothole and went flying. I still have those scars all over my body.
  • Bleeding Disorder

    Bleeding Disorder
    On this day I went to the doctor and I was told that I have 2 types of bleeding disorders. That would be the cause of why I had to go into a second surgery for my tonsils. They didnt know back then, but once they found out I got my own Hematologist. A doctor to monitor my blood on a monthly basis.
