Find something out about the topic you have to read. The more you know about the topic and the author, the better your understanding will be.

It is okay to use a dictionary to increase your vocabulary. Just don´t use it ALL the times. Remember you can know what the meaning of a word is by analyzing the context.

Look for a place with no distractions! Try to find somewhere quiet and peaceful to let your brain enjoy!

If you start reading for pelasure and the first pages don´t catch your attention, STOP..don´t waste your time reading something you ain´t going to love!
