  • Basketball

Basketball had become a huge part of my life starting from when I was in 1st grade. I played all the way up until I started high school and then my focus changed to cheerleading. This is one of the decisions I regret making because I miss playing basketball. I think if I would've kept up with it, I would've gotten a scholarship for college.
  • Grandma Sholtz

At the beginning of August, I'm sure exactly the date, my grandma had died. She was my best friend. I remember playing Uno with her on the couch; it was my favorite game with her when I was little.
  • Parents separted/divorced

I remember laying on my parents bed watching Kim Possible on Disney Channel with my brother when they came in to tell us. Later that month, while I was at my cousin's wedding with my dad, my mom moved out her stuff and moved it to an appartment on the Renton Maple Valley Highway.
  • Public School

I started my first year in public school when I began my freshmen year of high school. Before that, I had gone to a private school, from 1st grade all the way until 8th grade.
  • My brother diagnosed

My brother was diagnosed with Collidis. It had affected everything in our lives, from what we could eat and when we had to stop due to the fact that he was never feeling very well.
  • Licensed

My birthday is on the 17th of September but the DOL is closed on Monday's so I had to get it the next day. I skipped my first couple periods with my mom that day.
  • My Best Friend

    My Best Friend
I started going out with my best friends, Jake. He helps me through everything and I'm so glad he is in my life.
  • Mom Remarried

My stepdad has been a part of me and my brother's life since we were young. After being engaged for over 3 years, he is now officially called my stepdad and officially part of our family.
  • New Car

My mom bought a brand new red Toyota for my birthday, one that looks pretty and would keep me safe.
  • Teagan McGinnis

My friend, that I have known since 1st grade, was involved in a severe car crash and died. This was my wake up call about how aware I should be of my surroundings, especially when driving.
