    Piaget's theory: Semsorimotor Stage.
When I was 20 month years old, I was standing by my mon and looking at her to get hot water. Suddenly, a drop of boiling water splashed to me skin. I feel very hot and painful. My skin in my arm turned to red very quick. By that time, I always keep away from the hot bottle for boiling water.

For this stage, as a child, I used words to express a lot of things. What's special for me? I was told by my mom that I learned to speak very early. I can say something by 11th month from my birth, and I learned to say mom, dad that kinds of simple words very quickly. Also, I learn language quick as I grow up, and I can speak more than 4 dialects.

I usually did the physical activities when I was in the kindergarten, because our teacher guided us to playing a lot of games that need physical activities. for example, we had running games, and catching games, which were very common in the kindergarten. I felt happy and excited about physical activities because we played with a lot of friends an had a lot of fun. That's very happy memory.

I liked to be nice and kind to people because I want them think I am a beautiful girl, which I really achieved. Teachers liked me and friends felt I am easy-going. They said stay with me was very relax and comfortable. This is different from my infant temperament. I was very easy to cry as an infancy.
  • Middle and Late Childhood: Physical/biological Development

I did more physical activities than I was a little kid because I went to elementary school and we had physical Exercise course. I practiced running and some ball game at least twice a week. Also, I was in the training of dancing, and I had a lot of spent on physical activities. I was quiet enjoy about that time, because I was happy doing those exercise and did not have very much homework. So, I felt relax about physical activities.
  • Middle and Late Childhood: physical/biological development

Middle and Late Childhood: physical/biological development
Gross/fine motor skills: Dancing should be a big part of my daily physical activities, and I was a Chinese Classical dancer and kept training for a long time. Then, I played ball games and running quiet often at school, in the physical exercise class.
  • Middle and Late childhood: Cognitive Development

Middle and Late childhood: Cognitive Development
    Piaget's theory: Concrete Operational stage.
By this period, I was good at think logically, and started to study subjects like math. I found those was very interesting for me, such as very simple experiment of a science class. I could categoraty a lot of things to different topics or directions.
  • Adolecence: Physical/Biological Development

The puberty come early or late compare to your peers? I consider my puberty came early because I had biological development which was early compare to me peers. My menstruation, which considered as my physical development, as my opinion, came a little earlier than my peers. I didn't feel any effects in my life because my puberty come just a little early. Not a big problem.
  • Adolensence: Physical/biological development-Physical exercise

HOW often you get physical exercise? what sort of? feeling?
by this period, We had a lot of homework and study in china. We merely had 1 class per week for physical exercise, which was very hopeful for us. We want to have more times for exercise, so we took that class usually seriously, and also we were very happy in the physical time. Those exercise we did still like ball gams and running practice.
  • Adolensence: Physical/Biological development

Gross/fine motor skills involved: running, walking and we played ball games, which usually need our arms to coordinate. We got a lot of kinds of body coordinate skills involved.
  • Adolensence: cognitive development-piaget's theory

    Adolensence: cognitive development-piaget's theory
This period is formal operational stage: as this time, I had the ability to learn a lot about abstract, idealistic subjects. I liked studying math, and I am good at it. Also, I am interested in science classes, which mostly are abstract, and can't be seen in the real life.
  • Adolensence: Emotional Development

How would Sternberg have described your important relationship in adolescence? I think my important relationship in adolescence will be the top of the triangular in his theory. as his descripted should be Liking (Intimacy), then, plus passion as well. However, I think I did reach the Commitment, which causes me lost my love towards that relationship.
  • Exercise Pattern

For running, I think one of the gross/fine skill involved is the flexibility of legs and muscles and exercising legs. It's very often to use leg.
For Radio broadcast exercise: I think we need to balance our body and use whole body to coordinate some exercising.
Catching game is basically just like running. There are similar and need the flexibility of arms.
  • Early Adulthood: Physical/Biological Development

    Early Adulthood: Physical/Biological Development
Physical exercise: I set up a physical activities goal for my daily life, such as 10000 steps per day. I can usually walk 9000 steps in average. I walked everyday, and I go trail with my friends during weekends. I visited gym with my roommate once a week and practice yoga once a week. I enjoy my time with exercise just like in the past, because I always felt relax and comfortable with exercising.
  • Early Adulthood: Emotional Development

In the classification of Sternberg, I considered Fatuous Love, because we both still have passion, even which is not that strong as before, but we still live with passion in the relationship and we have commitment as well. We are quiet steady.
  • Early Adulthood: Physical/Biological Development

How do you feel about it? I reached 9000 steps walking everyday usually in average, however, in weekend, I can't keep that level because I practice yoga at weekend. I often visited gym every summer and swimming. Currently, I can't keep that level because I have a lot of school work and it's cold outside.
  • Early adulthood: Physical/Biological development

Gross/fine motor skills: For those exercise I did recently, a lot of gross motor skills involved, because for yoga, we need a lot of coordination between different parts of body to keep balance, then, in walking and trail, and gym, I did some heavy exercise which required the muscle in my body and energy.
  • Early Adulthood: Emotional Development

Think of your closet relationship now, whether that's friends, family members, or romantic partner. For the description of the attachment style, I think we are quiet steady and positive. We have secure and feel safe and satisfied for each other.
