I helped freshman cadets compete in their first drill competition
This was one of my hardest tasks as a leader. I was given a handful of undisciplined, disrespectful at times, and unmotivated people, and I had to train them and prepare them to be able to march. It was stressful because the time was ticking and they weren't ready. I kept working with them and they were able to succeed.
