    Birth
I was born on August 19,2001. Around 2 in the afternoon on a Sunday. My wonderful mother named me Johana and on that day my life started......
  • I started Pre-K

When I was 5 years old I started school. It was pretty weird because everything was so new. However it was pretty fun, nap time was always my favorite time.

    Kindergarten

I started kindergarten at Garden Hills Elementary. I loved my kindergarten teacher and I still do, she helped me so much even my mom loves her. Mrs. Baublitz is her name and she's still a teacher at Garden Hills Elementary till this day. The biggest event of that year was ridding a school bus without seat belts. It was a big change for little me and it made feel like a big person. However it did scare me because I was taught to always wear a seatbelt.

    Middle school 6-7 grade

My middle school experience was a very awkward. I stared middle school a bit scared and very nervous. I thought I wouldn't fit in and things would be so hard. Especially the classes and constant rotation, fortunately it wasn't too bad I met great people and created friendships that are still going strong till this day. During my second year in middle school I was more laid back and very carless. I let my grades slip and by a miracle I passed to 8th grade.
  • Finish middle school!!!

In 2015 I finished middle school, yet again I was very nervous and scared to go into high school. That same year I moved and had to go to a different high school so my fear was multiplied by a 100. I was going to a new school and leaving all my friends behind it was at first the worst moment of my life.

    I moved districts

I moved to Buford and had to go to Cross Keys High School. I dread going to CK I didn't want to leave my friends and I had never been out of the APS system, since middle school I knew I was going to go to NAHS. This was a great change. The student were so nice and I met so many great people who I miss dearly. I also made very great friendships that are still going strong till this day. CK was very different to what I was used to but it was one the greatest changes in my life.
  • I joined the soccer team

In my freshman year I joined CK's JV soccer team. My friend and I joined for the heck of it. Honestly it was so much fun and I loved it and I would do it again. I was the goal keeper and my team mates were the best ,they were so kind, and motivated me so much.
  • I joined JROTC

In CK I had heard about JROTC but I thought it was a form of recruiting so I passed the opportunity to join my freshman year. I joined JROTC mainly because of a friend from CK, encouraged me to give it a try. He always looked so funny in his uniform and would always measure his name tag to make sure it was perfectly placed. I remember sitting across from him in art and finding it some what interesting. He is basically the reason I joined JROTC.
  • I left CK

Leaving CK was very hard, leaving all my new friends behind was such a pain. I had grown so close to them and made so many memories with them. I can still remember packing up to move out and sitting on the bench with my friend on the very last day talking and waiting for the bell to ring. Once the bell rang I remember my friend telling me "you are officially a sophomore, you made it. Congratulations."

    I came back!

I came back to NAHS for my sophomore year. It was very hard to leave CK and my best friend behind. However in a way I don't regret leaving CK. Yet at times I miss CK so much to the point that I wanted to go back. I miss everyone from CK so much and the memories but in my sophomore year lots of things happened that I wouldn't changed. I was also reunited with my old friends and made new friends. Sometimes although change is hard it can be good....
  • My 15

Turning 15 was a big deal for me. A lot of work was put into my quincies, my family had the opportunity to work together and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.They put in so much time and effort, it made me so happy to spend so much time with them. I also made great friendships with my chambelanes who I adore so, so very much.
