    First Day of Preschool

My first day of PreK at Smyser Elementary school is my earliest memory. I remember feeling shy and extremely nervous as I was hiding behind my mom's legs until she had to leave the classroom. Throughout preschool I always played by myself or with those I was close to, and today I still exhibit those traits as an introvert.

My youngest sister Belinda's birth was the most memorable out of the rest of my sisters. That day, when my dad picked me up from school, he told me that my little sister looked exactly like me. One of my closest friends Allyson transferred from Smyser to the AC with me, and having her by my side made the experience easier. Within the first week of school, I met a group of friends that I consider my closest friends today.
