My older sister kept complaining about how lonely she felt and that she wanted a younger sister so... I was finally born on April 29, 2006! -

My grandma (from my moms side) came all the way from Germany to Chicago to take care of me for six months. -

We used to go to the park and just lay down like this... well at least my mom used to go with us. My dad and sisters still go to the park and play around. -
I love how these photos that I have of me show how small I really was. (LOL) I didn't want to take photos because I just woke up from a small nap as you can see my mess from the couch. -
I'm sure everyone has a picture of them "driving" as a kid... I thought I was the coolest person ever! Now, I'm actually driving my mom's old car and not just for photos anymore... :) -
I love swimming and playing with the water. I think this is the photo where I truly realized my love for it... and I also like to think that it saved my life. -
I think I was so cool for that barbie lunchbox! I was so obsessed with cartoons, really anything cute. I still have a huge love for barbies. -
My dad having a cherry (?) in his mouth and thinking its the funniest thing in the world still makes me smile to this day. -
I love my grandma and dad. Seeing this photo of them together makes me wish they could have more moments like that... It's upsetting we were driven out of the country in the past having to leave most of our family behind. -
This photo is a bit personal but it's one of the things that I saw that helped me turn into the person I am today. I am willing to go far for anyone just to cheer them up, as soon as I was done taking photos I noticed my grandma was crying in this one. I dropped everything just to go check up on her. -
This is my dad playing with the cat we found at his brothers place. We joked around a lot that it was my cat and eventually she became my cat. He jokes around saying he doesn't like cats until I caught this picture.
