This was a commitment I decided to make at a young age. Although I do not regret getting baptized at such a young age, I have realized that I did not fully understand the decision I was making. Regardless, I am glad that I made the decision on my own to follow in Christ's footsteps.

I was very close to my dad's dad and his passing was the first death in my immediate family in which I understood what death was. It was a hard time for the entire family and it has had a significant impact on my life.

My high school puts on a senior play every year. My class performed "Footloose". It was a lot of hard work, but it is by far the most memorable part of my four years in high school.

This was the end of a huge chapter in my life. This indicated the start of so many new things such as college, moving out of the house, becoming more responsible, etc.

My mom took both of my sisters and I on our own trip when we graduated from high school. My mom and I went to California for one week. We flew into San Francisco and flew out of Los Angeles. We spent the week driving down Highway 1 and staying at various locations. It was full of amazing memories I get to share with my mom.

I can still remember how nervous I was to start college. I am thankful for my sisters and other family and friends who helped encourage me through this time. It was definitely the beginning of some of the most fun and stressful times of my life so far.

I was officially accepted into the upper level education courses! I was very excited to begin what would prepare me for my future career.
