  • Started working for the Navy

    Landed a job as a project manager for the Navy

  • Changed careers

    I decided to follow my dream of wanting to work with disabled children, quit my job with the Navy, and got a job working in a special needs school

  • Went back to school

    I started taking courses at HCC to get a teaching certification so I can have my own classroom!

  • Bought a home

    Bought my first house with my boyfriend
