conquered Bursa.

Ottomans drive out Byzantines

Aug 10, 1338

The Ottmans drove the Byzantines out of all Anatolia, except for Constantinople.

Ottomans defeated by Timerlane

May 18, 1402

Ottomans suffered a heavy defeat against Timerlane, near Ankara.

Constantinople is conquered

Nov 28, 1453

After many attacks and long battles, the Ottomans finally captured Constantinople.

Conquest of Albania

The Ottoman Empire has now conquered all of Albania

Iran is defeated

Iran is defeated in the Battle of Chaldiran.

Victory over Hungar
