Camera: used to take pictures and videos.
My parents used a camera to take pictures and capture the moment I was born in this world. Because of it, I was able to see my younger self, and I can keep it forever. -
Television
Television: used for entertainment visually and audibly and gather information from distant places.
My parents watch news and teleseryes on the television if they have free time and all I can do was to listen but I have no idea what's happening in my surrounding. -
Radio
Radio: the transmission and reception of electromagnetic waves of radio frequency, especially those carrying sound messages.
My grandfather would use a radio to listen to a song on different radio stations. I would also listen even though I don't understand it because I like the melody of the songs. -
Visual Aids
Visual Aids: helps improve reading and other skills.
I started learning how to read and write when I was four years old. My parents would use visual aid that is colorful so that it can catch my attention. -
Books
Books: used for improving a child's skills and abilities.
This year also, I started kindergarten and exposed to different kinds of books that will help me learn a lot of things. My teacher would teach me and also, my parents when I'm home. -
Newpaper
Newspaper: contains news on current events of special or general interest.
My parents would buy newspapers from the vendors that pass in our house. I would sometimes read it and I can learn things just by reading it. -
Magazine
Magazine: containing articles and illustrations, typically covering a particular subject or area of interest.
We are asked by our teachers to bring magazines for some art activities for the school. I would ask or neighbors for some magazines and they will give them to me. I read it and it fascinates me because there are so many pictures in the magazine. -
Mobile Phones
Mobile Phones: used for entertainment and receive and send information in a form of a message.
I would borrow the phone of my mother to play games such as snakes. Sometimes, I would borrow it to listen to the songs of Taylor Swift. -
Facebook
I created my first Facebook account when I'm in Grade 7. I use it to communicate with my friends and to be updated on what's happening to our society. -
Wattpad
Wattpad: an application used to read stories and books online.
A friend of mine introduced Wattpad to me and I enjoy using it. I can read many stories and it widens my vocabulary and knowledge about the things in our surroundings. -
Youtube
I use Youtube to watch videos online. I enjoy watching videos of my favorite idols and celebrities. I also use it to watch educational videos that can help me in my studies. -
Computer
Computer: electronic device for storing and processing data, typically in binary form, according to instructions given to it in a variable program.
I used a computer to do things related to our school. I used it to make documents that we need to pass and I also used it to watch Youtube videos and open my Facebook accounts. -
Smart TV
My mother bought smart tv because our previous tv malfunctioned. We can watch Youtube and Netflix on our tv. It's easy to use and there are so many things we can do on our tv. -
Smart Watch
This year, my mother bought a smartwatch and it was amazing. I thought that we use watch just to check the time but through a smartwatch, we can send a message and even listen to music.
