This is the day that I was born and the world was changed forever. Some say that this was one of the top 25 days in history, some don't. -
Brother #1
This is when my little brother was born. I was an only child before that so it was quite a change. -
Gettin them wheels
This is about the time that I learned to ride my bike. This was very important for me because it was a small start of my independence and self sufficiency. I could now ride my bike around the block and to my friends house which was a whole new level of freedom. -
Start of School
This is about the time that I started Kindergarten. I went to Harrison Hill for that year, and it was one of the best years of my life. I loved school so much at that time and I loved learning new things. I think that is what started my interest in learning new and interesting things. -
Hooked
I'm not sure of the exact date, but this is around the time that my uncle took me fishing for the first time. I caught so many fish I didn't even know what do. Ever since then fishing has been my favorite hobby. -
Malaysian Airlines
When the Malaysian Airlines flight went down it was kind of a shock to me. I fly a lot and to hear about a plane disappearing was kind of unsettling. -
Great depression 2.0
Around this time was when the big 2008 recession started. This was important to me due to the fact that it was the first time that I was ever really concerned about the real world. Although our family wasn't hit too hard, I was very nervous at this time. -
Brother #2
This is when my second little brother was born. I hadn't had much experience with babies so it was sort of odd. -
Hurricane Sandy
Hurricane Sandy affected both me and my stepdads family. His whole family lives in Long Island so it was a scary time for us. -
Sandy Hook Shooting
The Sandy Hook shooting just really changed the whole atmosphere of school for me. Everything became much more tense and everyone became a suspect. It kind of gave an atmosphere of distrust. -
The Big Leagues
This is when I started highschool at New Tech. Before this all of middle school I really didn't care about school, but this is when it changed. New Tech really clicked with me and I really started caring. -
Crowning Achievement
This is the day that I caught my first redfish from the beach in Florida. While it doesn't seem like much to most, this is the pinnacle of my fishing acievements. It showed that all the dedication I put into teaching myself how to fish had finally paid off.
