Corina's first day in the world
I was born in Orange County. I am the second oldest of 4th children. My doctor was a female. -
My youngest sister being born
My youngest sister who is now 10 years going to 11 was born when I was in kindergarden. Her name is Valentina Cruz and she is the only one in the family who wears glasses. She is a 5th grader and I take very good care of her because I am her older sister. -
My trip to Mexico
I was 8 years old when I went to Mexico for the first time with my grandma. I met a lot of family members I have never seen before. I remember trying pizza there and it was the best thing ever. The food in Mexico is no doubt better than the one in the US. -
Knotts berry farm for the first time
I had my AVID trip to Knotts Berry Farm and it was my first time ever going to an amusement park and I was with all my friends who were also in AVID. My first ever roller coaster was Silver Bullet and it was around 8 pm, it was dark and cold and that made it more fun. I will never regret going on those because now I get my pass for Knotts Berry Farm and Knotts Soak City. -
Meeting my best friend
I was at knotts berry farm with my sister, and a few other female friends. We were being silly and we decided to go up to random guys asking for their snapchat. Well we ran into one named Carlos. He lives in Fullerton and attends Anaheim high school. I met him when I was in 8th grade. Ever since then we have been going to Knotts together, to watch movies, and to just spend some time together. He plays the guitar, he likes baseball, and he is an amazing person overall. -
Commencement in middle school
On our last day of middle school we had our mini 8th grade graduation and I sat next to all my friends. All my family besides my brother because he had finals for high school went to watch. My family decided to celebrate and we went out to eat Oliver Garden and my sisters bestfriend named Citlali joined us. -
My first day of high school
I remember wearing all gray with my new clothes. I was so confused because I did not know where my classes were located, but thankfully I did not get lost and made it on time. I was so happy when I found friends I knew in each class so I would not be lonely. -
Disneyland with the family
My family took my siblings, my grandma and I to Disneyland. I was the only one who actually wanted to get on the roller coasters because I thought they were really fun so I made my dad get on with me. It was a hot summer day and I remember I kept drinking kool aids. My siblings kept complaining about the heat so we decided to go home earlier than we were suppose to, but it was such a fun day. -
My first day at Six Flags
Me and my tia went to Six Flags alone. I was super nervous to get on the roller coasters there because it was my first time there but I said to myself I do not come here at all so I have to make it count. Saying that I got on as many rides as possible, my favorite was called X2. I also got on the drop of doom which is 400 feet. I also ate nachos but it was so not worth the price. Fun day though I recommend it. -
Going to Sea World
My family decided to go to San Diego one day and stay at our family's house. The day after spending the night we went to Sea World and it was so beautiful. My mom cried because she saw her favorite animal for the first time ever. Her favorite animal are dolphins and they had a whole show. I also saw a killer whale. -
My first time I went to Las Vegas
My family decided to go to Las Vegas during thanksgiving break with my cousins. We stayed at the Rio hotel. I remember it was freezing cold outside and I would stay up until 5 in the morning. It is packed but such a beautiful place to be at, and we got a VIP hotel room so I felt pretty cool. -
Great Wolf Lodge with the girls
I live right behind an indoor water park that was recently made, it is called Great Wolf Lodge. I went with my mom, my grandma, my two younger sisters, and my friend Mileidy. It is kind of humid inside, but warm and we had such a fun time going to all the slides, my favorite was the cone. My mom packed some bomb sandwiches with chips and a drink. I see the hotel from my backyard, feels cool. -
Getting my favorite doll
It was my 15th birthday. I came back home from my dinner at Bj's with my friends and my family had presents for me. I loved and was thankful for everything they did for me on my special day. Once it got to my brother I had to cover my eyes. Once I opened them he handed me a doll, it was Tiffany. Tiffany is Chucky's bride. Those are my favorite movies and I was so excited and I take really good care of her. Her spot is on my bed on the corner, people think I am crazy. -
Going to Hare for being suspended
My friend Berenice and I came to a High school for being suspended. We got lost because we did not know where we had to go. We then found our teacher and had some interesting conversations and we ate pb & j sandwiches.
