  • My first training day.

    My first training day.
    Today it's my first training day, I ran through my city, going between my house and the beach, running in a normal intensity.
    I'm preparing my next basketball tournament, which will be the next december 27th.
    For calculate all my running results, I used an app called Endomondo, It is to useful because it calculates all kinds of results. I recommend this app to all who likes calculate his results.
    My heart beats at the beginning it was 84ppm and I finished at 186ppm.
  • Second training day.

    Second training day.
    Today I ran in other direction, last time, I went running to the beach, but this time I ran around the city and near a zone called Muntanyeta.
    I ran in a normal intensity and for preparing my tournament that is in two days!
    This time my heart beats were 76ppm at the beggining and 165ppm at the end of the practice. It was quite easy this time comparing the last day but I finished exhausted too.
    Today I used Endomondo for calculate my results, too.
  • The Tournament day.

    I know this it's not a normal running practice like the others, but in this tournament, we played four matches during the day and I think it is a situation of doing exercise clearly. I will add more practices like the others but I would wanted to put this event here to show you this day of exercise.
    Because I was in the tournament, I couldn't regist my heart beats but of course I finished very exhausted.
    My idea was to put a video but it was not possible to insert a video here.
  • Running to relax.

    Running to relax.
    Today I arrived in Sabiñánigo, a town in Aragon, Spain. I will stay here for three days because I am going to ski in the tracks of Formigal.
    The first day, after our installation, I went to run with my brother Marcel. The weather outside was very cold, so, we ran quite slowly and through the city to relax and get used.
    My heart beats at the beggining was 88ppm and 167ppm at the end, It was relaxing and funny to run in a place like this.
  • First day snowboarding.

    First day snowboarding.
    Today is my first day snowboarding here. I couldn't calculate my results of the da but I was doing exercise from 9 am to 16 pm. This isn't a running practice like the others but it's exercise too.
    I didn't calculate my heart beats because I couldn't.
  • Second day skiing.

    Second day skiing.
    The second day I changed the modality and I passed to ski. I did the same like yesterday but today with the skis.
    Finishing the day, I could activate my Endomondo app for calculate my last runway descend.
    I finished to fast because it was a freestyle slope but I got tired, too.
    I was to busy and I had to collect all the material and I couldn't calculate my HB.
  • My last training day.

    My last training day.
    Today is my last day training for this. I ran through seafront in Castelldefels, finishing in front of my house to complete my christmas experience. I ran in a normal/quite fast intensity. It was easier now than at the beggining, I thing it gives me more resistance.
    My heart beat this time was 76ppm at the beggining and 172ppm at the end.
