9/11
Two hijacked-airplanes crash into the two twin towers of the World Trade Center while a third crashes into the Pentagon. This impacted me later rather than sooner. Looking back to this tragic event it made me realize how cruel people could be. It really haunts me that something big could happen anyday and you wouldn't even be able to see it coming. -
I Move for the First Time
This was the first time I moved from my first house and of course I was excited. We were putting in a pond in our backyard, I got to get my own room and decorate it myself and I switched schools! It was a big change from moving from a neighborhood to out in the country but I love it out here. -
I Become a Big Sister!
On this day, my sister Meela Jade was born adding on to the two girls my mom and dad had. While my mom was pregnant, everyone thought she was having twins! Of course, out came Meela making me the middle child. -
Barak Obama Becomes the 44th President
Barak Obama is chosen to be the 44th President of the United States and also happens to be the first black president! This impacted me because it opened my mind up that there is a first for everything. -

Al-Queda leader is shot and killed on this day. -
Family Vacation to Hawaii!
Hawaii was definetly one of my favorite memories. I loved it here even though it was around the time the tsunami hit Japan. So it wasn't as pretty as it should have been. Still had a great time with my family! -
Justin Bieber Concert!
Belieb Tour at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse was mind blowing. I was what, 14 years old seeing the love of my life singing to me in the same exact room. How cool was that! -
Paul Walker Dies
This event impacted me because I grew up watching Fast and Furious movies. It was a family thing to do. When he died, it was almost as if someone close to us died. Just terrible, upsetting news to hear. -
Left the Country for the First Time
I traveled out of the United States for the first time in my life for three weeks. I first traveled to Japan, and then Laos to visit where my family onced lived at a point in their life. Although the travel was very frusterating and tiring (16 hours on a tight plane!), it was worth it. I miss it already. The three weeks went by fast and I met family down there. I definetley plan on going back there in the future. -

Same-Sex Marriage is Legalized Nationwide
Gay couples in the United States are now allowed to marry in any state. This impacted me because I never understood why it wasn't legal in the first place. Why should someone wanting to make their love official have to wait a lifetime just because people didn't agree?
