I went to Melbourne, Australia, to celebrate my first new year (1999). Also, this was the first time I had ever flown in an airliner. The excitement of flying was really what triggered my love of aviation.

On Nov 20th, 2001, my life changed forever when my parents got divorced.

On Dec 11th, 2003, I boarded a Singapore Airlines flight to New York City via Frankfurt on my first trip to Europe and beyond. This is also the longest trip I have taken. I also celebrated Christmas and the new year in the United States.

On this day, I started primary school at St. Stephen's School at 20 Siglap View.

On my 7th birthday, I received my very own copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004. On that day itself, I completed a flight from Seattle to to Minneapolis-St. Paul, and in 2005, I clocked about 100 hours of flying. This was the start of a hobby of flying aircraft in flight simulators. Before this, I had only admired aircraft. Now, I could participate in the wonder of flight.

I celebrated my 10th birthday on May 12th, 2008. This symbolized the transition from childish immaturity to the maturity of a young adult.

On this day, I received my PSLE results, and was officially admitted into the School of Science and Technology, Singapore through Direct School Admission.

I took delivery of my first ever truly personal computer - the MacBook that I'm still using now - on this day.
