The day I was born
My name is Yuliana Figueroa Agreda,I was born on February 7, 2001 at 1 a.m. in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra.My father's name is Juan Ernesto and my mother's name is Dorys. -
At the age of one year
when I was one year old I could already pronounce many words and about a year and three months old I could walk. -
A new member in my family
I'm the middle sister. In 2003 my little sister was born, when she was born I was 2 and a half years old. I have no brothers, only sisters, my older sister is called Wendy and my younger sister is called Dorys (like my mother), in my family she is the youngest and is like the baby of the family. -
A new country
When I was 3 years old my parents decided to immigrate to Spain. We moved to the province of Galicia- Vigo, I studied at the school Ramon y Cajal. I spent almost all my childhood in Vigo- Galicia. -
kindergarten
I didn't go to daycare, I went straight to kindergarten. So in the beginning it was a bit difficult for me to go to school because I missed my parents so much. My mom tells me that the first week I cried because I didn't want to be in school because my classes were from 9 AM to 4 PM. -
KAMISHIBAI
One day, when I was in first grade, a storyteller came to my school and told us many stories through the KAMISHIBAI.
After that, my teacher decided that we had to create a story and that the best one would become a story for the KAMISHIBAI.
I don't remember very well what my story was about, I just remember that I wrote about a vampire and a princess and my story won. My whole course worked to create the story, my story was published in the school yearbook. -
Painting classes
Doing this timeline about my life I realized that I always liked painting.
There were free painting classes at a public library, so I asked my parents to sign me up for those painting classes, since I like it very much. To be honest, I don't like pencil drawing very much, but I love painting with watercolors.
I remember that I won many painting contests when I was little, to be honest I don't remember why I stopped painting. -
Manzaneda
As I lived in Vigo, which is near the sea, it never snowed heavily.
The first time I saw snow "like in the Disney movies" was in 2010. My family went on a trip to Manzaneda. There I had a great time making many snowmen, skiing and snowballing with my cousins. -
GOODBYE SPAIN
In 2012 my parents decided to return to Bolivia and that's how I left behind my friends and cousins who lived in Spain ( I still talk to some of my primary school friends ). -
5th grade again.
We arrived in Bolivia the same day that was my birthday and when classes started. When I came to Bolivia I was in 5th grade of primary school in Spain and it was 3 months before I finished school. In Bolivia I went back to 5th grade because in Spain I didn't finish it. I remember that I didn't like going to school and I didn't do my homework, but I still passed the year. -
New friends
In 2013 I already adapted to live in Bolivia, I already had many friends. This same year I decided to participate in the student sports Olympics, I played soccer and met many people from other schools. -
secondary school
This year was one of the best, I met my best friends. Being in the first year of high school I cared more about my grades and I decided to have the best grades of my whole course and I did it. Also my course won in a drug fair to all the other courses -
CBA
when I was in my fifth year of high school, I decided to study English at the CBA. I think it was one of the best decisions I ever made, because I love the English language. Now I have many friends that I met at CBA. -
My senior year of high school
I graduated from high school with honors, I got a scholarship to study at Gabriel Rene Moreno University.This year was one of the best of my life as I accomplished goals I had set for myself. -
My end-of-year trip
As we didn't have much money saved, we only made one trip to La Chiquitania but it was still a beautiful trip. We had a lot of fun, we visited many tourist places, we went to some saunas and the place of the foundation of Santa Cruz -
ESFM "Enrique Finot"
Currently I study law at the state university and also study at the ESFM "ENRIQUE FINOT".
As I like English very much, I decided to take the admission test to ESFM "Enrique Finot" and I passed it. Here I met a lot of great people who also have this passion for the English language.
