I was born!
I was born on August 2, 1994. I was born into a family of 3 which involved my mom, my dad, and my older sister. -
My First Day of School
Today was my first day of school at Hacienda Heights Elementary School. I was starting kindergarten. I was really scared and nervous. -
New School. Uh-oh!
I had to transfer to new school, St. Joseph Cathlic School. My dad got a new job working at St. Joseph so it was easier for him if we transferred to this school. -
New Dog, Precious
Today was a day I will never forget. Our school principal gave us a chihuahua named Precious. She was one of the best dog I have ever had. She could even smile. -
Volleyball
I joined the schools volleyball team. Even though we were really young and not very good, I still really enjoyed it and had a lot of fun. -
New Coach, New Rules
We finally got new volleyball coach, and we also finally started winning. We made it to te very end of the Bishops Tournament, (Catholic School Championship) but we lost. That's okay though becuase it was a good game and we did our best. -
St. Joseph Graduation
I graduated from St. Joseph's Catholic School. It was a huge celebration that was very fun and also very emotional. I will never forget it. The ceremony took place the St. Jospehs Church and the party took place at the Camino Real. We got to ride a trolly from the church to the party. -
First day of High School
I began my first day of high school today. As tradition, girls who attend St. Joseph's usually attend Loretto, which is exactly what I did. The tuition was expensive so I had to work there over the summer just to reduce it. It wasn't very fun. -
My Quincenera
I finally turned 15 today so as tradition I had a Quincenera. I had a big party and invidted all of my friends and family. Even family from out of town came into town to celebrate. I was one of the funnest days of my life. -
Transfered Again, Del Valle Here I Come
I had to transfer school again becuase the tuition was just too for my family to handle. Even though I would work over the summer, the head of the school still refused to bring the cost down to what we had agreed to.I transferred to Del Valle High School. I actually enjoyed this school much more than I did Loretto. I made many new friends and learned so many new things.I was also able to do things that I never thought I could do. -
High School Graduation
I graduated from Del Valle High School today. I graduated in silver with honers as well as being in the Top 10 Percent. I graduated with college credit and with cords that showed that I was a memebr of the Art Honor Society of Del Valle. -
Meeting My Idol, My First Warped Tour
Today was a day that I will never, ever forget. I got to go to Warped Tour for the first time and see one of my favorit bands perform. I even got to meet them in person. They all signed my shirt and I even got a hug from the lead singer Travis Clark. -
Hello UTEP
Today was my first day of college. I had decided to persue a career in graphic design because I loved to draw and paint. I got to reconnect with friends and also got to meet the love of my life. -
I Changed My Mind
I changed my major from graphic design to education. I still love to draw but I felt that a career in graphic design was just not the right job for me. I had begun tutoring one of my dad's students and I feel in love with my job so I decided to change my major to education and become a teacher.
