    Being Born

I was born on 4/1/2005. I was born at Crittenton hospital. I was born at 2:48 PM during a Tigers game. I was 7 pounds and 2 ounces. I was named Benjamin Thomas Deane.
  • First time walking

    First time walking

I was apparently very determined to walk because I saw my older brothers walking around. So my parents caught me trying to walk around in my crib when I was supposed to be sleeping. I was able to walk all by myself on my dad's birthday. My dad said that I didn't even know that it was his birthday it was just well timed. That was something I was very proud of.
  • Breaking my arm the first time.

Breaking my arm the first time.

I was just playing outside on our play set. Then I lost my grip on the ropes on fell on my left arm. My parents didn't think that I actually broke my arm so I spent two days during summer with a broken arm and no one knowing. I was then taken to the hospital where they put a cast on my arm. Four weeks later it was healed.
  • Breaking my arm the second time

Breaking my arm the second time

I was again just playing on a play set. I was climbing up a ladder and then I slipped and fell on my left arm again. It was broken again. My parents took me straight to the hospital. I was in a cast for another four weeks.
  • Breaking my arm the third time

Breaking my arm the third time

I was warming up for a soccer game. It was the best time ever because it was our first soccer game of the year. I Charlie Brown the soccer ball and fall on my left arm. I shook it off and played the soccer game, which we won. After the game my parents took me to the hospital and sure enough it was broken.
  • Breaking my arm the fourth time

Breaking my arm the fourth time

I was playing football in the backyard with our neighbor. Sure enough we were dumb kids and played tackle football. I was already in the end zone and my neighbor hit me low. I went down and fell on my left arm. We went to the hospital again and sure enough it was broken.
  • Breaking my arm the fifth time

Breaking my arm the fifth time

After the fourth break the doctors concluded that there was a fracture in my bone that never healed from my first break. I was called into the hospital to have the doctors surgically break my arm all the way through. The doctors broke my arm but the anesthesia didn't agree with me and I threw up right after. I spent four weeks in another cast. This was supposed to be the end of my arm breaking.
  • Breaking my arm the sixth time

Breaking my arm the sixth time

I was playing soccer for my school, St. Peter Macomb. We were not even five minutes into the game against TCT and a kid comes from behind and blindsides me. My arm is clearly broken it's in the shape of a "S". My coach had to make a sling from practice pinnies. I am taken to the hospital and they have to set my arm twice. I was in a cast for seven weeks this time.
  • The Rotation

    The Rotation

I went back into the doctors to have them check out my arm. They took some x-rays and they told me that my bone had rotated 90 degrees. They had to preform surgery to put in plates and screws into my arm. My arm now has the scars from the surgery on both sides. That was the almost the last thing with my arm.
  • Going to states for baseball

    Going to states for baseball

So my arm was all healed from the breaks. I played in the regular season and I played well. The tournament coach was impressed and asked me to play on his team once my season was over. I agreed, we won districts no problem. When it came to states we were able to make it to the championship game which we barely lost.
  • Taking everything out.

    Taking everything out.

After my arm had fully healed the doctors had to take the plates out. If they didn't take the plates out my bone would have grown over the metal which would not have been good. My surgery happened right after baseball season. The rest of my summer was super boring. This was the last thing involving my arm.
  • Graduation

    Graduation

I graduated from St. Peter Macomb. I was valedictorian of my class. It was defiantly weird knowing that the next year I wouldn't be going to the school I have know all of my life. After graduation our school had a going away party which was really nice. That was the final memory I had a St. Peter.

I played basketball here at LHNW this winter. We had a winning record this season. Edward Lee made a basket during the season which everyone loved. We only had one player who didn't score this season. We finished out our season with a win against Everest.
  • The quarantine

    The quarantine

This late winter, early spring the corona virus had entered the USA. I now have online schooling because of the outbreak. I am actually doing this assignment for my Digital Media class. The experience has been great. I love being able to wake up a bit later and do my work according to the schedule I have. The outbreak is awful, but online schooling has been great.
