I will keep an eye on joint pain because this might be a sign of arthritis. I may also have to start worrying about menopause. -
In My 50's...
I will maintain a healthy weight and have to deal with menopause. I will stay active both mentally and physically. I will get enough sleep and reduce my stress levels however I can. -
In My 60's...
I will get more regular check ups and tests to make sure I am in optimal health.
