I want to stay in residence for the first few years of university until i have enough money to live in my own house and get things organized school wise.

I would like to get married and have children around this time. I want to have a stable job and get organized before I start a family.

I would want to move when my kids are all done school, living on their own and after i am retired. I want to move into a small home somewhere with lots of nature and land.
