There was a tsunami and earthguack in Japan, and the two disasters killed more than 19, 000 people. -

My grandma and grandpa moves in with us, because my Uncle, Aunt and cousins moved to Orgeon. -
Aurora Shooting
On July 20, there was a massive shooting in Aurora, Coralado, killing 12 people, and injuring 58 people. The suspect of the shooting was James Holmes. -

NASA's space shuttle flew over WestSide Elementary. After a three decade career in space, NASA's space shuttle is retiring. -
Surgery!
I fractured my knee when I was 10 years old and had to get surgery, I have two screws in my knee, and a big scar. I fractured my knee while running in the hallway. I now know why teachers tell us not to run in the hallway. -
Chickens!
We started raising chickens because my grandma and grandpa wanted to. I'm still scared of chickens though.
