    I was born on Tuesday June 1st, 1982. I was born at Prince William County Hospital in Manassas. My mom's name was Sharon Kuykendall. My dad's name is Randall Watts. My mom said my birth was long. She said it took over 10 hours to deliver me.
  • My first surgery

    My first surgery
    When I was born, my ankles and feet were bent inward. Before I turned one years old, I had surgery on my ankles. They broke my ankles and set them in place with pins and casts. I had to learn how to walk again.
  • 5 years old

    5 years old
    I spent a lot of my life with my neighbors. This picture was taken at their house. They were like my second family. They helped me learn how to stop stuttering.

    I started playing football when I was six years old. I played for the GMFL Lions. I played on the defensive line. My favorite playing growning up was Reggie White.
  • 3rd Grade at Gainesville Elementary

    3rd Grade at Gainesville Elementary
    3rd grade was my favorite year of school as a child. I remember Mrs. Graham was my teacher. It was in her class at Gainesville Elementary that I enjoyed school for the first time.
  • Sixth Grade at Stonewall

    6th grade was the first time I enjoyed reading a book. I remember reading "Where the Red Fern Grows" in Mrs. Lukomski's class. I went to Stonewall Middle School and was on the NOVA team.
  • High School Football

    I played football all through way through high school. At Stonewall Jackson High School, I played defensive back. My number was #31. Each year we played we were really bad. Only one year did we win more than seven games.

    I started college at East Carolina University after high school. Living in North Carolina was a great time. I still love my ECU Pirates.
  • I got married!!

    I got married!!
    I married my wife on Saturday May 10th, 2003. I met my wife freshman year of college, and we got married after our junior year of college.

    My daughter was born on Saturday February 7th 2004. She was born late that night. My wife and I were really scared to be parents.

    My second daughter was born Tuesday August 8th 2006 in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She was so little when she was born. Even from the first day, she always wanted to be cuddled.
  • Going Paperless

    I started going paperless in my classroom. I wanted to see if I could teach the entire language arts curriculum digitally. So far, I am doing really well.
