this is the beginning of the school career, with the first taste of being in a classroom.

Horseback riding

1997

my mom was a horse trainer, and began sitting me on my pony around age 3, to begin strengthening my balance and comfort.

Biking Without Training Wheels

I learned how to balance and ride my bike without support around this time.

Field Hockey

this is about the time that I started to play field hockey, the only sport besides horseback riding that I would continue through adult-hood.

I worked at my first salon for just over six years, after completing an apprenticeship right out of school.

Return to College

2019

a big decision and milestone for me was cutting back my working hours and return to college part-time, in order to work toward a degree in education.
