Before falling asleep, my mom would read me bedtime stories. This was a part of the day wherein my mom and I spent quality time together and I cherish the moments we shared to this day. -
7 years old - Television
Growing up, watching television would always be part of my afternoon routine. I remember loving to watch sponge bob and other cartoons after eating lunch. -
8 years old - Newspaper and Magazine
During a class activity for school, we were tasked to bring magazines and newspapers for art class. The duration of the class period consisted of my classmates and I to cut out images that interested us. -
8 years old - Telephone
Being close with my cousins, I called their landline in order to ask whether or not they were available to 'play' this afternoon. -
9 years old - Yahoo Messenger and Yahoo Account
In order to communicate with my friends, I created the accounts. This is also where I reach out to my relatives -
10 years old - Desktop
As I child, I remember spending hours playing computer games with my brother. This activity tightened our relationship and resulted us to become close. -
10 years old - tablet
As a birthday gift from my parents, they granted my wish of owning a tablet. Here I experienced to play pre installed games. -
11 years old - Phone
When I turned 11, a hand me down phone was gifted to me by my parents. During this year, I experience to call, message, play games, and listen to music. -
12 years old - Social media
This was the year I was exposed to sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and other platforms.
