    Babylon moved into power. Hammurabi, the Babylonian king, took power of Mesopotamia. They imposed the code of Hammurabi, wich is one of the earliest law codes.

    ASSYRIAN EMPIRE

    Ashurbanipal, their last great king conquered many territories.
