In A.D. 732 theere was the battle of Tours. Some mportant people were the Franks,Charles, and Muslims. They fought because the main religion was Calithoic. So they told the Muslims to leave because it was their land and because the religion was Calithoic. They didn't leave so they fought.

In the year of 1066 the battle of Hasstings was fought. It was fought because William was suppose to get the land that Harold got and he got mad. So he fought Harold for the land. William won since he won he was knowen as William the conqueror.

In the year 1096-1204 the Crusade was fought. The word Crusade is a fancy word for battle. It was fought because they wanted to get Jerusalem back. They wanted to get Jerusalem back because non-Christicans had the land. The first time they fought they won. The second time they tied. The third time they fought they won. They then gave them a peace treaty so they could go there with safety.

The Magna Carta was created because King John would always do bad things. King John would abuse his power. Some ways he would abuse his power is by higher taxes, treson someone with out proof, and claim land that wasn't his. It was unfair to the people so they all had a meeting with out king John. They then made him sign the Magna Carta.

The Inquisition they wanted to end Heresy. They wanted to end heresy becasue they were people who didn't believe the Churches teachings. Also it was a crime to God. They thought if they didn't believe the teachings it would weaken the chances of going to heaven.

The Black Plague was a very deadly disease. It was a deadly disease because it spread very quick. It all started with fleas. The fleas got on rats and the rats went in a town. They went to the town because they were starving because of a flood. Then the rats gave it to humans then humans gave it to humans. The result of how many people died was 50 percent.

The Hundred Years of War was a battle of England and France. They fought over France. ENgland fought for France because they wanted it. The first war took place at Crécy. England won the force France to give up some of their land. Slowly the French came back with a new ruler. They then fought England again and lost.

The Spanish Inquisiton was kind of like the first Inquisition. They tried to get rid of heresy. The Spanish Inquisition would toture the people who did heresy. They forced the musilms to not belioev in heresy. Te keep on believing it so the kicked them out of Spain.
