The United States Marine Corps was formed to help defend from Britain on November 10, 1775 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Marine Corps birthday is celebrated every year on November 10th, by every Man and Woman in the Marine Corps. -
America Declaring Independence from Britain
On July 4th, America declared independence from its mother country, Great Britain. After the start of the Revolutionary war on April 19, 1775, America fought long and hard until finally being free, 7 years later, in 1781, Yorktown Virginia. -
Old Yeller's Death
In the book, Old Yeller, Old Yeller is a dog and he goes on many adventures. A rabid wolf starts too attack and Old Yeller tries to protect his family and fight it off, he is bitten and because of his exposure to rabies, the boy is forced to shoot and kill his dog. -
Johnny Dies
In the book, The Outsiders, Johnny ran into a burning church to save young childeren who were stuck inside. He didn't know the children but was trying to do the right thing. He ws burned terribly from running and and later died in a hospital from his injuries. -
Hagrid Taking Harry Potter
Harry Potter was born a full wizard and both his parents were killed when he was young. He went and lived with his mean Aunt and uncle who treated him terribly. One day Hagrid was sent from Hogwarts to get Harry to bring im to the school to lear how to be a wizard. -
9/11
9/11 took place on September 11th, 2001 and was a huge tragic event in America. During this even Planes were hijacked by Terrorists and flown into both the Twin Towers in New York, and into the Pentagon in Washington D.C. This event cost many Americans there lives different measures have been taken in airports across the world to make sure it doesn't happen again. -
My Birth
I was born September 20th, 2002. . I was Premature and had to stay in a NICU,or neonatal intensive care unit for a few weeks. I was 6 weeks early making due Date November 2nd, 2002. My older brother was a also premature and he was actually born on November 2nd which was my original due date. -
Meeting my Best Friend
In August 2009, I started my first day of second Grade at Oak Hills Elementry School. our desks we arranged in alphabetical order depending on our last name. I sat next to a kid named Matin Mojdeh since my last name is Moore. We started out doing math problems to see what we knew and from that point on we would always talk and hang out and we are still friends to this day. -
My Older Brother Went to the Marine corps
On Labor Day, 2013 my older brother left to Marine Boot Camp. He left in the Morning and the next day we went to the place where we were with him when he swore in. After that day we didn't see him for 3 months and the only way of communication was by letter. 3 months is the longest basic boot camp out of any branch of the military. -
Getting my first phone
I got my first phone a few days before I started 7th grade. My first phone was my older brother's iPhone 4 that was pretty beat up. I had that phone for 7 months before it finally quit working and got my iPhone 5s which is what I still have right now. -
Moving to Michigan
during April 2015 my family began looking for houses in michigan, we found one and purchased it in April. I finished my 7th grade school year and then during June 2015, 2 weeks after school got out I moved from my home in California to my new home in Michigan. -
My Niece was Born
On May 6th, 2016 my niece, Payton was born. She was born in the evening on a friday in Beaufort South Caroline, where my older brother was stationed. -
My Older Brother moved to Michigan
During this past July, 2017, my older brother's contract with the Marine Corps ended and he decided to move to Michigan where we live. He bought a house in Madison Heights Michigan and moved in, near the middle of July.
