    4.4 Childhood Attachment Experiences
    In my childhood, I was very emotionally connected to my mother and it led me to become preoccupied and fearful to have another attached relationship with inimiate ones. The various example would including in: rather being with my mother than going to dad's house for weekend and left me in a preschool when I was unhappy when my mother dropped me off. These experiences contributed me to become more close to someone who I just met and made sure that person was emotionally stable and happy.

    7.2 Transitions
    Attending college is one of the biggest transation ever I have experienced. That transition seemed to be especially infleuntial for me becuase it helps me to develop my own personal skillls. Going to therapy help me to mangage well with my transation from leaving to home to attend college. Addition to, it assists me to disover more who I actually am. That's part of age-graded expierneces (social clock). I expect this is a normal for everyone and will lead us to restructure our personality.

    In my emerging adulthood, I have a big change in my roles fron graduating high school to entering Gallaudet University for the first time ever. I have expect this transaltion is a normal for me becuase every young adults expierence anxious and overwhlemed by taking the new roles they'd never do it before. Being homesick is one of my challenge becuase I am very close with my family. So, I've decide to contact my family through text, videopohones, and send couple care packages.

    On Aug 30 2010, I realized myself as becoming an adult when I was a freshman student on campus. Becoming student at Gallaudet made a huge changes in my social clock since I used to be a shy person who had a high expectation on academic to a mature, outgoing person with positive attitude. As becoming adult, I noticed that social age was a higher than chronological age because I took the multiple roles as being full-time student, working in part-time jobs, and invloving in organizations.

    7.3 Major Life Event
    I was directly called by my supervisor to have a meeting in the late evening. They just let me know that I was on the job admistration leave due to the incident with another co-worker. I was very shocked and wordless to hear by the news. After the meeting, I just using the coping fliexilitiy by crying in my room, talking to friend, and even sleep all day in the next day. Crying and talking was the effective for me because it realease my emotions. I knew I'm very affectionate person.

    If you are a college student, I strongly recommand to drink a cup of coffee with a dash of cinnimon every another days . They have a rich antioxdants to help you to live extend for five years and likely to have a good memory. The benefit of drinking coffee helps you to have a better metabolism per day and less craving of junk foods. It will affects your quality of life to stay up awake, pay attention n classroom, show a good work performance, and sleep well for the next day.

    My current healthy lifestyle is a pretty good healthy to me. I have eaten an appriopriate amount of fruit and vegetiable, never smoked, and not drinking alcohol occasionally. I know myself as a fruit and vegatable lover Being a college student is challenging to eat healthy food because of time managment with school, work, homework, and socialing with friend. I will change my lifestyle by eating less junk food because these food is cheap to buy and easy to recieve them around campus.

    The attachment style most sound like preoccupied to me because I somtimes tend to be excessively concerned to my family, friends, or whom people I contacted with. For example, I am over worrying about my older sister who is currently living in Oregon by herself. This style will affect my relationship to ablity to ensure my spouse will be safe in the right place. It will mainly affects my trust with my upcoming spouse.

    After watching Di Di Ha's life story, I was deeply heart-touched by hearing her tough expierence in her whole life. Identify will be applying to her life where she determine to find her identify and what she wants to do in the future after her parents went to jail. She just achieve a sense of her identify when she went to college, had four children to care of, and working several jobs. She also mentioned that she was currently happy at this time of her life.

    When Na Na Di and her family moved to America, she started to percieve herself as a strong Chinese woman who have experience tough times. She deeply aware herself when she celebrated with her family and living independently with her sibilings at her aunt's house. That's occured in her emerging adulthood. She have been through an adjustment in moving to America from China, lost contact with parents and going to college thoroughly.

    From Fowler's development of faith, the fourth stage, individuative-reflective faith, most fits me because I am currently responsibilty for making decisions about my goals and vaues, and invested in my loved ones. That's orginally happen to me when I was leving to college from home. This is more of focusing myself and what's my beliefs on the way things really are. I expect my belief will become changing until I graduate from college. Also, I realizing what's the best things that suited me.

    My RIASEC type are: Social, Conventional, and Enterprising (SCE). My personality traits are well-suited to these type because I love to be around with people, work with them, and very organized person. Being school counselor fits my type because I tend to active listening, love working with students and teachers in school environment. This position I've devote over time fit my type and it lead me to motivate to go to graduate school to recieve master degree in school counseling.

    In age of 30, becoming a partner is one of the biggest role transition. Having a partner is pretty much challeging for me because of being independent person who makes the decisions based on our roles in our house. Therefore, having an egalitarian roles with a loved ones will teach me to bulid trust with the partner. Second at all, communicate with one's other will help me to avoid having a trust/ lack of communication issues because I can be very reserve person in a specific moements.

    If your family have a history of diabetes and heart attack before age of 35, then you are likely to recieve a short telomore with poor heath issues. In your family, the telomeres appears to seve a 35 to 50 years as a timekeeper in your family. The best way of preventing health problems are restricting the calories the food you eat, constantly checked in with the doctor, and excersing regularly. If you follow all criterias, then you will likely to have a long length of telomeres to live longer.

    I've chosen establishment stage in my mid-thirty. As being school counselor at least 10 years, I will see myself as gaining work experiences, continuning to increase self- understanding, and beginning to stabliize within a career. I will say, "I'm satisfied with where I'm at this point in my career." Additionally, I will say I will keep learning a lot about myself as I continue to work in school. At this point, this stage is all about being happy and show a lot of commitment to this job.

    The possible potential conquences of my lifestyle is diabetes because of my family history, insufficent excerise every day, eating junk food little too much, and being a slighty overweight male. The best ways of my lifestyle are eating right amount of fruit and veggie, going to the doctor for yearly, and excerise for a good 30 minutes.

    Suppose I have a brain tumor and have to make the decision to pick which two treatments are best suited to me. It will be pretty challenging for me to pick these treatments because I think they are benefitcal. So, the best way of making decision is to make a list of pros and cons to ablity to see which its have least costs, different risks, side effects, and the change of being alive. Making a list of pros and cons are applying to buying a car, house, or selecting which candy I want to buy.

    Suppose I don't have a vehicle and wants to get there to the market for food shopping. So, the challenge is not ablity to solve the problem in a quick time. The best way of problem solving is making a flow-chart to help me to understand the process of how to get there to the store in a short time. The flow-chart will also help me to go step to step in each specific events. The more I make visual charts, the more I will ability to solve the problem in a short time.

    Matthew Fein, 73, died on July 21, 2066, with his family by his side at Seattle, Wash. He was raised in Southern California by his devoted parents and three siblings. In his whole life, Matthew was a brillant child who took education serious and only smile to people around him. He graduated from Gallaudet with M.A. in school counseling. Then, he met a wonderful woman named Sally and had three children together. He devoated much his time and energy as a caregiver to his family and friends.
