My age is 60 now and I'm quite old. I should be starting to retire soon, so I won't have too much stress and anxiety as I would have had before. I should try to maintain a healthy weight, exercise daily, get regular health checkups etc. Getting a lot of fiber is also very important because it can help avoid constipation and different types of heart diseases. Just being active for everything is also good for the mental and physical health of the body.
